So I’m up at a ungodly hour of the day before work to attempt to get a longer work out in than 15mins. And let me tell you I am already grumpy. We shall see if this remains true after I have worked out. As a historically night owl (have been a night owl since in utero) the whole concept of getting up early seems…foolish. Bedtime is from 12am-3am for me. My idea for mornings are from 10 to almost noon. But I shall hold my reservations until I’m done working out. BRB, ladies and gents.
